This question is mostly a social-media “trap question” meant to force a false trade-off.
In real life, intelligence and appearance aren’t mutually exclusive, and neither one guarantees happiness, respect, or a good life on its own.
I’d rather be smart and kind than either extreme. Because “smart and ugly” or “pretty and dumb” both miss the real point—how you treat people, how you think, and how you grow matters far more than either trait.
