Gray skies go away come again another day

It’s all gray and gloomy outside as fog covers absolutely everything. I have no energy and willpower as Im apparently powered by the sun. Also is there some kind of hormonal changes guys go through at 35? Im being all sorts of weird about past people I knew and it’s bumming me out.
