how do you ' move on ' from being rejected

asked this a few times recently but never got any responses, so asking again.

rejected online by someone you liked and hoped for friendship or something more with? or rejected in real life by someone you hoped to make connection with, i've faced these situations through life quite a few times, and you do feel 'gutted' about it, especially if you liked that person and was hoping for some kind of relationship or friendship with them....but they backed off, rejected you, because they didn't feel that way about you?

what's a way to move on from that?

Don't dwell on it, move forward and pay no attention to being rejected by someone who was wasting your time

I am blessed to have never really had a hard time getting over people who didn't like me back, but the ONE guy I had a hard time getting over- I finally managed to do it by analyzing every little thing I disliked about him, and realizing that over time, those things would have made me disinterested in him anyway.
there are too many fish in the sea to dwell on one person who rejected you. it wasnt meant to be. move on. there are better things ahead.
