what would you do if you had to be admitted into hospital
for a stay and you were being mistreated or neglected by the nurses and medical staff? i would find this a bit of a nightmare to be honest and wouldn't know what to do.

Try to negoiate with management in the first instance.
If that got me nowhere, I would create a real hulabaloo and report the abuse to the police.
At the same time send emails to all the relevant Politicians.
