Last week. I had to tell a contractor that his work was an embarrassment. His feelings were hurt, but it was one of the worst trim jobs I have ever seen. The result was having to listen to excuses. ☹ No offers to make it right.

@Coralmist Our rental property got trashed during the hurricane last year. We are repairing it. It is almost done now. We are ready for paint.
