How would you reply?
I recently asked my therapist for any notes from my sessions regarding when I've discussed a legal matter with them. At first they were going to decline me, but then said they did find notes on the subject from my sessions. However they were vague. So I recently emailed her asking for a few lines or statements concerning the specific legal issue I've been going through. They replied, Could we discuss it at my next session?
To me, that causes anxiety, that's why I email more intricate questions, to anyone in my life. I'm not sure how to reply, I really don't want to go over it in person, they could decline me to not include their statement.
Do I just ask again in a message asking the specific line I might need? I just have a feeling they'll decline it in person.
