How about instead of posting this worthless garbage, post ideas on how to come together as a community, a society and work towards what you want? I have a strong feeling that would be a lot more effective.

Yes, but, this is what happens when you let people have unfettered ability to publish any thought. They become indignant, no matter the stripe of their politics. Social media if you are looking for news or objective opinion is like dumpster diving for food.
@awildsheepschase Oh absolutely. I just always wonder what the point of these comments are. And why are there literally thousands of them on one post? Just like the insipid fury of the person who said something similar or close to what you were going to post and move on.
It doesn't help that the pages that allow this do so just to get interactions so they can earn more money off the comments and reactions. So they have zero interest to change anything. It really makes the pages even worse for deliberately posting rage bait for money.
