Yes, I'm very good at this. There's so much in this world that I hate and angers me, politically and philosophically. I think it's important to know your values and what you believe in, but if you spend so much time with yourself only thinking of them, neglecting yourself and your own emotions in what you need to change inside yourself gives you more harm than seeing the value of your own love. The world is always going to be a monster, attacking you emotionally from every outlet they have, when really you should be making your own life where you want it to be so you can be to those who you love.
I find myself happier, able to make choices that are good for me, able to find friends and a relationship that are mutually beneficial instead of saying that's what happens to people who care too much who are sensitive and value justice. I think when you get older, you see injustices much quicker and this may sound sad, but you inevitably learn there is only so much you can do and there is the rest of your life.
I have to remind myself, the world can be very depressing, I deal with depression, but I mustn't let the world make me more depressed as it will always find it's way, so instead I have to listen to what my heart says, the only place I really want to be in is in love.

Yes I tend to get hyper focused on things that aren't important like wiping down the counter over and over. Sometimes I can't stop.
Or I'll be worried about a list I made for the next day and I'll start checking it over and over again. Even though I know it's done or I can't work on it until tomorrow

I say no personally, but if folks look at my profile and profile picture, they scream that I do.
But for me Think of it work on it and walk away happy no matter what I do.

I do tend to look for rejection in every interaction I have with other people. This causes me to overthink everything I say or do, after the fact. It would be much easier for me if I did the overthinking before I say or type something, but it always happens after.😔

Yes. Same.

I find it hard to focus in the first place recently.
I don’t think so…

I overthink too. One develops techniques to go around it though

Like coming here on SW?
@BrandNewMan haha I cured myself from that one thankfully
No. Everything is worth my attention.

Yes. But if you pick at it, it probably won't heal!

No, because no matter what I do, it's all just filler between now and until I die. Life's just a wasteful distraction for everyone.
@SnailTeeth not really a distraction, there are personal choices that can make it more fulfilling to a personal level at least, and to the ones around you
