If you want your kids to succeed in life, take care of the conditions surrounding them

And stop living in lala land. People who grow up in extreme circumstances and then succeed are rare. Your job as a parent is to make sure their circumstances aren't extreme, not to justify and compare.

I had a patient today who suffers from depression. She lost her teeth. She told me her parents verbally abuse her for not getting a job..SHE DOESN'T HAVE TEETH.

Any sane person would know appearances matter. Getting her dental care she needs rn is more important than pushing her to the world to be mocked and treated like shit.

I don't even know why people keep birthing kids to this world if they can't take care of them properly..18 years old is still a kid. If you think otherwise, go eat shit and stfu.

Do you have kids?

@Infamous607

Yes, I have mentioned this hundreds of times here. I have an amazing family. They aren't mine biologically but they will always be mine in every other way.

Mothering is both a blessing and a great responsibility.

But you don't need to be a mother or have kids to be responsible for them. Life is larger than that.

@Miram I get it.
