If I were to own a sheep farm

I'd name the boys after the romanic interests of classic romance novels.

The girls would probably all be named Elizabeth if I followed the same formula for them.

If you own a sheep farm then ALL of your sheep would be ewes (female) you only need Rams for a brief period to get the ewes pregnant and one ram can get an entire paddock worth of ewes pregnant.

@justanothername Yes, I know, but you have to have a ram if you are to have lambs, unless you lease one.

I would love to own a sheep farm!

@JimboSaturn I would love to own a small working farm somewhere in the countryside. I would also love someone to work with on it lol

I even have a full plan on how to make a modest business without being over indulgent or not meeting personal needs.

@FoxyQueen sounds amazing

Where are you based?
FoxyQueen · 51-55, F
All Elizabeth?
Sort of like «this is my brother Darryl, that's is my other brother Darryl»? 🤔
@FoxyQueen or Mary-Elizabeth? (sounds more like The Waltons)
FoxyQueen · 51-55, F
@BlueGreenGrey That too! Eventually, they just become versions of Elizabeth, like Lizzy, Elsie, Beth, Eliza, etc. That way, they can name all their daughters Elizabeth.
@FoxyQueen Elsie does indeed sound like livestock

Monalisasmith86 · 41-45, F
That’s impossible sheep’s are females are they having a sex change or something
FoxyQueen · 51-55, F
@Monalisasmith86 Yes, I know. The rams are kept separate till breeding time.
