How would u help someone with Delusional Disorder ( D. D.)
I tried to help, but sans success. He is taking meds and claims he is not sick in the head, yet when u hear him speak, he clearly is mentally disordered.☹

There’s nothing you can really do until they can actually acknowledge the issue. Taking meds is only a little way along the path to recognition and wanting to do something about it.
