If someone hasn't paid your friend rent in 3 months and then had a cardiac health scare, would you tell your friend to evict them sooner or give them

I would certainly advise a conversation with them. It doesn't have to be aggressive but in a well thought through enquiry it can be established whether this is going to be ongoing and termination is inevitable, or given time and a sensible repayment plan whether the situation can be happily resolved for all parties.

@HoeBag I get the feeling the cardiac scare is real (a hospital kept them under supervision and this guy is fatttt). I'm more worried he's going to die while in my friends house

I guess cardiac issue seems legit. Especially if he has to be under observation. Sounds like he should be in palliative care or something. I am not even kidding here.
I think it is time to have a difficult conversation with him. I mean if he croaks in your friend's house, he or she is going to have to deal with that guy's belongings, clean them out, etc...

I think most people might practice a little patience, but these apartment complexes would not hesitate to throw someone out no matter what.

They're playing your friend leaching on free housing 😏 this kind of behavior should go on people’s official rental records 😏 they know they have to pay rent yet they haven't bothered in three months that shows they have no intention to ever pay and are just making excuses for pity..

Give them time unless they are using the cardiac arrest an excuse to get more time ask for a doctor certificate
