My neighbour and friend stopped talking to me more than a year ago
She would blank me in the street, or literally turn her back on me if she saw me outside the house. I had no idea why. No fight had occurred, no disagreement, nothing.
She suddenly started talking to me again the other day, saying that she didn't like my ex and that's why she had chosen to "leave me alone". I thought this was really odd. There had never been disagreements between my ex and her that I knew of.
When we were friends she had asked me for a character reference because she wanted to foster. I filled it in and sent it off. This morning I got an email from the agency asking me to update my form and countersign.
So basically she is only pretending to be friendly with me again because there is something she needs from me. The bare assed cheek of some people amazes me. 😮💨
