@bijouxbroussard Before my grandchildren were sent overseas, their mother and I had to correct what they were hearing in school.

There were riots during desegregation. Black people were treated poorly. My good friend bijouxbroussard and I lived through that.

Dixie Hollins HS in St Pete Florida, for example, had riots every morning.

Matthau was the best. Could do drama as well as comedy, but no one was funnier on screen.
