What would you do in this situation?
Unfortunately, today my son got stung by some wasps while he was playing outside
He fell asleep shortly after. I called out (i never call out i called out twice in an entire year)
The reason i called out was bc my baby sitter doesnt have a car. So if something were to happen its hard for her to reach me when im working and she thought it would be in our better interest for me to call out
I called out four hours in advance to give them plenty of time and my boss says to me otp "well thats five hours from now. you need to come to work." And hung up and basically denied my call out request
Is that even legal? I dont think my baby sitter is even going to take him due to the circumstances and my sons grandparents are freaking tf out telling me to go to the hospital
