Narcissists spreading lies to others to alienate them from me. Even the ones that I have helped. One of my sisters is so mean that she had notebooks of mean things she wanted to do to people, or planned to do people, or had actually done to them. She moved in with another sister after her husband gave her the boot and left a pile of these spiral notebooks filled with this. Then she disappeared a few days and my sister opened up those notebooks and started reading them while she was gone. She said she threw them away. I asked her if my name was in them and she said yes, a lot.
