I wanna create waterproof construction materials for southern states.. as it is the normal bs currently used in construction will rot and mold and decay if wet and then has to be trashed and removed .. its bad when you live in a storm area that rips roofs off and then everything below is trashed.. they need to reform construction norms to waterproof substances
