@Thunderyflame It's always deeper though. If it's only the lack of boundaries that fit you from all the suggestions, you might want to dig deeper why you have this lack of boundaries.
You might find that some of the other things actually fit.

(sometimes it could also be familiarity - if you grew up in an environment where you witnessed one caregiver control the other or control in the household, it can have an impact).
