I'm not an anti-vaxxer by any means, I'm just a bit concerned at how fast these were pushed out with limited testing.

@pattycakechamp How do you know there was limited testing?
pattycakechamp · 26-30, F
@carpediem Usually a vaccine takes a few years to fully develop and "work out the kinks" so a few months for a virus, which falls into the common cold category, makes me a skeptic.

That being said, by the time I'm eligible in my county, that'll likely be the case.
@pattycakechamp I have the exact same concerns...the pharm companies have lied to us about so many meds. Unfortunately, it won't be long before we become criminals if we don't have proof that we got the shot.

@pattycakechamp in the US, most of the time frame isn't testing. It's beauracratic nonsense. I had the same concerns initially. But thus far I have not been able to tell if actual testing was compromised. I don't believe it was. I could be wrong, but I'm more comfortable now. This J and J problem does raise concerns though.

@carpediem That's all I'm saying, reasonably cautious. Not like I can get any vaccine yet anyway. I can register to get an alert to say when I can register for another alert to make an appointment.

@pattycakechamp I took the same approach and made the best choice I could given the BS floating around. I am vaccinated. One reason is my wife is at risk due to a serious health concern. So we both went and got it.
