@Spoiledbrat yeah. They had my cousin's phone wiretapped. And he didn't sell from his house. He had rental houses. Actually he didn't sell at all. He had too many people working for him. I think when they arrested him there were 21 of them.

If their phone is off it usually means they are sleeping, cheating, doing a more serious crime, or their phone finally went dead while they were sitting in jail.

@Guitarist07 is it a boyfriend? If you think they might have gotten arrested then call the local jails and ask if they have so and so in custody or look at inmate rosters online. Sometimes you have to wait a bit if the arrest just happened.
