Susan is nervous but she is confident in her ability to do any task assigned to her.

Susan reports to her manager. Her manager comments on how nice her shape is. The manager also comments on the size of her bust.

Susan tells the manager that the comments are unprofessional and are making her uncomfortable. The manager simply says that if you want to work here you will get used to it or you will be replaced.

Susan needs this job because she has been out of work for some time. She cannot risk getting fired.

Susan's manager is well liked and respected within the organization. Susan's manager is also female. What should Susan do?

To me, it doesn't matter how well liked and respected someone is anywhere. When I'm working somewhere, I expect the same respect and courtesy that managers, bosses request. I refuse to put up with any drama or BS like that. I'm a supervisor where I work and have never/would never treat any employee unprofessional or be disrespectful.

definitely report the manager, if not find a few people you trust and get their opinions on such manager. I actually worked with manager like that and he was targeting underage girls

Get evidence then report her.Smartphones can record similar comments in the future. The employer will have to take action as is open to legal action if it does not.

Is the manager nice to look at too? That would factor into anything I would do.

Set him up & blackmail him.

Tape the comments on her phone for a week then go report her and file suit
