This morning, I work as a financial counsellor call me regarding a client, she said she is working for Telstra phone company, I asked her 3 times the name of the company and she told me she was calling from debt collector. I told her if you call me do not lie to me as I will not take this call and i ended the call
I try my best never to do this, but when stressed I can be quite testy...so I've been told. Yet the damage done is usually never worth it...so I'm trying to be more considerate. Inhale...exhale, y'know?

I’ve never really snapped at someone but I’ve been angry plenty of times.

I rarely do, but recently I was panicking about some healthcare concerns, my doctor left the network with no notice and I was very upset. It was not the fault of the provider’s representative who gave me that news and I apologized to her once I’d processed what I needed to do next.

I usually don't but when I do it's pretty ugly. I even scared my older sister at one point.

When life’s tasks overwhelm it can bring out some ugly. You are completely normal.

Probably about a few weeks ago when a teenage boy was being a dick and locked his friend out and started running off.
