What is the most broke you have ever been in your life?

I was so broke over a year ago that I could only afford $5.00 worth of gas at one point. That was a very rough time for me.

As a child I was so poor I never got my first pair of shoes until I was 9. I had no house to live in and ate only what I could steal or beg off of others.
