I did that one time. I had pulled out in front of a cop car and barely missed hitting him. He pulled me over and I told him it was my mistake, I didn't see him. He let me go with just a warning.

I am polite and respectful when I get pulled over. I got a $2. Parking ticket once.

Probably not, but my wife did it twice while wearing a top with no bra and lots of cleavage.

Perhaps if you are female and you get a straight cop.
