How do I deal with a meddling sister in law without alienating the whold family?

She interferes all the time, in many ways. She wants to be in control and based on what happen in the past, she meddled in our marriage, parenting and etc. She is having a vacation in our home at the moment. Me and my husband argue all the time ( one of the main reason is because of her.) She interferes and she gets involved despite the fact that she doesn't have a right to do so. I have accepted her in here into my home to have a vacation but instead of respecting and at least tell his brother off, she meddles and always have something to say in every situation. I would like her to shut her mouth as she is making the situation a lot worse.

Your husband’s family, he needs to grow a backbone and set her straight.

It has been going on for years. Thats why I decided to move from UK to the Philippines to be away from his family.@LyricalOne

@Bittersweet84 She’s not likely to change but I would stick her in a hotel next time. You deserve peace in your own home.

She could have done that. It's because of her financial trouble , I felt sorry thats why decided to let her stay here.@LyricalOne

@Bittersweet84 Kick in some money for a hotel next time if you have to. I’m sure it’ll be worth it.

I have no money to offer her, to be honest. Wont be able to afford 3 weeks of her hotel stay.@LyricalOne

@Bittersweet84 Just a portion of the money, and tell her to make it less than three weeks. Someone’s got to stand up to this woman or you might as well get used to a lifetime of abuse.

I know. My husband should sort this out. Husband expects for meto be the tour guide, take her out to this places etc. But I have stopped altogether. I had enough. Thank you @LyricalOne . This suggestions means so much for me.
