Yes its the law here.In a crash the back seat passengers getting thrown forward can kill the front seat occupants.

iamnikki yes i do people may laugh but you are following a legal requirement as a back seat passenger if the police stopped you and you where not belted up you and the driver would have questions too answer always better to be safe than sorry in my book

Yes, my parents rule, and I think the law.. and seeing dead girls that didn’t fare well unseatbelted in the back seat, I’d buckle up anyways even without thier rules

It's the law where i live and the driver will be fined too if any passenger isn't wearing one. I have a permanent small scar under my bottom lip from being in a car accident when i was 15 without wearing a seatbelt.
