Have you ever refused a gift?

I admire that you don't want this gift. Soooo many wouldn't even consider turning down a gift... especially a monitary gift. Secondly, I'd never even consider taking a gift of any sort from someone who had a crush on me... especially if I could not ever see myself returning their affections.
