That would be such a huge amount of responsibility, I don't think I can even imagine the full extent of it. If you think about it, even a tiny mistake where you take it easy just a bit on care may, in effect, make you a murderer.
I'd think that some of the things I'd focus on would be: equipping people with the tools to think for themselves; fighting corruption in media, politics, etc; educating people about the reality of the food situation and on how to take care of themselves; imposing policies that prohibit unjust, immoral or dishonest business practises; introducing policies that make life simpler and easier.
