Have you ever taken credit for something that didn't originate from you?

I did for certain as a child take credit for things taken care of in the house that I had no part in.

@Mrsbetweenfatandfit Of course...everyone's done it at some point...I was curious at who would actually deny it, lol. Was there a reward at stake that made you think you should do it? Or just recognition?

@SW-User It was attention, my dad worked a lot and so any chance I could get for him to smile at me or hug me before he went to sleep made me happy. I eventually started actually doing stuff which was better than just saying so :)
