Does it take more backbone to insult someone or not to insult them? What if they deserve it?

Being timid to mentally challenged midgets on the left never works, it just encourages their crazed ideological behavior to increase. They have become an out of control metastasizing cancer who no longer can be reasoned with. Ignoring this cancer has consequences. Either "hit" them back hard or block them.
