Maybe not insomnia but similar

Off and on for nearly four months, insomnia. Usually four to five days of the week it takes hours to sleep but maybe a day or two I sleep so well. It does not appear to be influenced by my activity level, time I go to sleep or eat and I never drink caffeinated beverages in the night. How do you find the best way to fall to sleep? Open to suggestions.

Warm up a cup of milk, add a good size teaspoon of real honey and a pinch of nutmeg and stir up the honey till it’s dissolved and drink it straight down. Also if you have time take a long soak in a hot bath with a couple handfuls of Epsom salts added after dinner and before you plan to go to sleep. It is very relaxing to your muscles.

@JJBarista I drank it Thursday evening because I had to get up really early on Friday and my sleep was good.
@cherokeepatti Fresh ground nutmeg is a great narcoleptic.
