Have you ever experienced one? What are stories you have from you or others? How do you get rid of them? Specifically my sleep paralysis is a big problem but lately they have became scary. I dont want to go into detail.
I can't recall ever having sleep paralysis but my recommendation would be to make the environment look as non threatening as possible.. maybe some relaxing or funny shows in the background when you sleep.
Not really an attack but certainly to scare or annoy me. One night my bed shook like with vibration of a train with a low humming sound. And at the exact same time, it felt like a dog jumped on the bed. I woke up and was immediately suspicious of a spirit. Then one night I heard the click of my lamp on beside my bed. It was starting to get really scary and I’ve always said if I couldn’t make them leave, I’d leave. So I commanded them to leave in the name of and through the authority of Jesus Christ, going through every room of the house commanding them to leave and never return. And there’s a few more scattered incidents that occurred before those…but I won’t go into them.
If there's something like a demon, I've never encountered it and never heard anyone saying they have. My sleep paralysis attacks have always been demon-free.
@CrazyMusicLover Yea sleep paralysis is a problem within itself. They say its mental illness. I usually am in the same room when I am experiencing it. I also noticed that I dont know the difference between reality and dreams often.
@Pancake Like when you're waken and going about your day and you're not sure if you're awake or dreaming? That has never happened to me.
When I have a sleep paralysis I am usually aware I'm paralyzed but yeah, since it's the same room and everything looks normal I sometimes wonder if I didn't get paralyzed for real. Like how are you supposed to know that? I dreamed I tried to get up and dragged myself across the room thinking "this is it, I got a stroke or some kind of brain damage." Luckily I woke up normally in my bed but it was scary as hell. Other time I knew I was in a dream but was afraid what was my body doing in real life. I've never sleepwalked but in a dream you think "what if this is the first time and I'm doing something really dangerous?"
I don't really believe in it but I've experienced something like that some months ago where it vividly felt like my bed sheets were being thrashed and I was being dragged out of my bed and pulled into the floor. It really shakes you up when you wake up from it.
