I don't really do regrets. I obviously look back at shit and cringe at a lot of moments but I'm not punishing myself with what ifs

Most of what I regret are just interactions with friends and family that don't go the way I hoped. The one I regret most recently involved me getting angry with someone, and I immediately felt bad about it.

Years of pouring time and energy into connections that weren't mutually supportive, rather than focusing on the right people.
