Anyone have any experience astral projection/ lucid dreaming?Someone shed some light on this topic I am insanely intrigued.

i had a dream about someone who i felt very hurt byand i went off and said to her everything i wanted to say. got it alllllll off my chest. screamed and cried. and it did not make me feel any better. and maybe that's all the closure i needed 🙂↕
