I make bad decisions because of loneliness

I used to do the same thing. Awhile back though I discovered something that’s worse than loneliness. Now being lonely doesn’t seem so bad anymore.

It's same with me. Even though I don't live alone but I end up getting drunk most of the days. I am trying hard to. Become sober.

It's okay, we all do and it's perfectly understandable... don't beat yourself up, but do learn from the past.
