How do you cope with unbearable loneliness?

I go through cycles when I can pretend, but sometimes i'm just overcome by loneliness.

I don't get lonely.
I've always said: "If I can't enjoy my own company, how can I expect someone else to enjoy my company"

@calicuz no, you're not weird, i can enjoy my company, but not 24/7. i have physical and emotional needs that can only met by someone else.
