What have you enjoyed the most about living alone?

I've been separated since September and now that things aren't hurting so much I'm realizing just how much I LIKE living with just ME and my pets. It's so peaceful. There's NO judgement.
It's only been a few months but I don't know if I want to share my home with another person again.

I have been divorced and single for 18 years, and I chose not to date the past 11 plus years, and only recently decided I wanted to date again. But like you I love my pets and independence and free will to do as I please when I please.

I know going into the dating world again will be weird and different for me. But there are set rules I have for the woman I may meet to build a relationship with. Number one is if she does not want me as Willa then she does not deserve me as William. If she does, then we have something to build upon. I have had my career and retired to where and how I love to live my life, and it would take an exceptionally special woman to get me to invite her into it.
