So much has bogged me down and held me down and back and it's nice to mentally crumple it up and throw it out.
It's also the first year I've been this healthy in a long time.
I started learning to let people hug me more often and be a bit *less* solitary if I can help it. Without feeling self conscious that I stim out sometimes. Etc.

And when I was looking for a gif to accompany this post, I initially thought of a waded up piece of paper being thrown in the trash…like writing down what didn’t serve us this year, attaching to it the place it held within us, and then throwing it away as a means of cleansing our souls of it.

Too cute. Love your pfp. I think the one thing I leave behind is anxiety over the fear, division, and anger in our country. I hope things improve for all. I also leave behind all of those donuts and gummy bears I consumed. I need to eat healthier and so the path to sexy begins..

@JustNik Haha I’m built the same way. The older I’ve gotten the more I go ahead and reshape myself as quickly as possible, especially if it’ll benefit me in a much needed way.
Was just looking back on the battlefield this year was and noticed some things I didn’t have the strength to amend in the moment.
