Have your fat cells found Jesus?

How come you can wipe out a million brain cells with a few drinks but fat cells have eternal life? 🤔

I dunno, but it is severely unfair. 😑 Think I'm gonna have a drink tonight regardless.

(Also, I have taken my fat cells and punished them into the distance 😌)

@thepreposterouspanda I'm thinkin I'm gonna have one too. ( Also, my fat cells won't budge)

@Punxi I found that spreading my exercise throughout the day rather than just doing it all in a big block helped me the most; doing 10 or 15 push-ups and then resting for an hour before I did another set.

My theory is that it keeps the metabolism up throughout the day and helps keep the body in fat-burning mode more consistently. 🤔

At this point, I'm just addicted to it haha.

@thepreposterouspanda Sounds solid. Consistent. Working behind a crowded bar is enough fitness for me. Ive just genetically inherited my mommas devout booty is all. 🤷‍♀️
