But then I started looking at it like a way to solve my problems on paper,
Sorta like when we sometimes solve math problems on paper instead of in our head,
Its also good if you're easily distracted because you can pick up where you left off ,😅

That I used to use CBT templates when I journal,
It helped a lot because it asked basic questions that got me to challenge my problems head-on,
just thought I'd share 😅
