Journaling is a really good way to problem solve your life problems

Or at least strategize

I dunno how I ever got by before I started journaling stuff 😔
really? I found it led me to feel as though I wallowed in my own self loathing and misery.
Hmm.. I should try it differently.
@Fishy so true!! really, i'll just do it differently now. that's a sound plan.
I work out al sorts of other things on paper. why not me?

@TwiddlerofThumbs I forgot to mention too,
That I used to use CBT templates when I journal,
It helped a lot because it asked basic questions that got me to challenge my problems head-on,

just thought I'd share 😅
