@StygianKohlrabi The recipe I use is a sour cream variant, which is pretty moist. If you are a butterer (as in, you like to add it to everything, not the kitchen tool), you usually won't have to add much, or if any at all, when serving.
I think I have to get me some bananas in the morning. Though it will be a few days before I can make it. Thanks for the inspiration.
