For sure. Did you see the blooper reel on YouTube that deals with that particular scene in the cop shop? Hilarious!
EDIT - come to think of it, I'm not sure if the bloopers were included in the original episode or not as a bonus (much like the bloopers from the movie Being There were included at the end of that film).
