Good thing, considering that drinking isn’t that great for you to begin with. That being said, becoming this “new version” of myself shouldn’t be scary, but I find myself with fear. For the longest time I’d save my money to go out for a few drinks, but now if I’m not working to save my money for drinks- what am I saving it for? Why am I working? What does this mean for my future?

Don't go out to drink. Do your drinking at home. I don't drink as much as I used to. But when I drink, I drink higher quality liquor. My fiance's dad (dad-in-law effective Sep 30) turned me on to single malt scotch.
