For at least another gen, maybe? Others have been forgiven for their misdeeds: Mitchum, Chaplin, Flynn and now (in a different profession) Pete Rose and Shoeless Joe Jackson.

@rinkydinkydoink I agree that time has a way of covering/minimising these events. I try hard to separate the individual actions of artists from their art, BUT when those who have apparently suffered are still disturbed by the fame they see, I have a struggle.
