how isolated of a life do you think you could handle?

e.g if you had all your basic needs set and could be relatively sure about things - food, water, housing, even to some degree entertainment (like you could have movies, books, media in general, but nothing for live interaction)
could you have perfect isolation? an island with nobody but yourself?
a very insular community? smish like?
small town?
region?
metropolis?
the world is not enough?

Many people say, "No man is an island" I say BS to that. I could easily live out the rest of my life never having to talk to another person.
Plonk me in a cabin in the bush, near a river and I will survive just fine.

@Gusman I had a lot of that in my youth. perhaps too much.
