I had a normal, stress-free, unplanned conversation with a guy at the gym. It was just a natural, normal social conversation. 0 awkwardness. 0 anxiety

What social anxiety?

Now do it in a group!

Six or more should be the goal.
If you feel uncomfortable then it's still social anxiety.

BTW my problem comes in more than 50. And even that is still social anxiety.

Stage fright with hundreds is still social anxiety.

@DeWayfarer Yeah, but I think I'm cured now.

They mean it!

@DeWayfarer I speak in front a group all the time. I told you, I don't have social anxiety, I don't have stage fright. I'm not anti-social. What don't you get?

@MarkPaul I'm mean in a social setting.

I have problems in SOCIAL settings!

Heck I've played guitar with over 100 people. It's not the same as a social setting.

Put me in bar and I will likely leave!

You're no different! When you're speaking to a group you are in control.

Same with me when I taught a credit union, how to use their computers. I was the teacher. BTW I got a letter of recommendation from that!

@DeWayfarer I'm not like that. Maybe I was at one time, to a degree. But, not now.
