I honestly don't know if I am up to another "bus episode" on the same route after the last intrusion.
I got lambasted here for the way I resolved the intrusion the last time, so I'm not exactly sure what to do.

Guy, I have ridden public buses on and off since I was a child and never had a problem.
Even coast to coast on a Greyhound a few times.
It's because of that my parents allowed me to travel to Germany, ON my own, AS a teenager, IN a car, plane, train and taxi, NOT speaking German very well.
Visiting relatives that I had never met, NOR even seen pictures before. NOR have they seen pictures of me before either.
My aunt didn't believe, that I was her nephew, when I first got to her place, AT dusk.
I've done it all, ever since a child, including helicopter rides.
And you can't do a bus ride as an adult? 🤷🏻♂

@DeWayfarer Well, it happened to me the last time. That's the whole point. I need to bring my car in for service that will take a few days. So, I need to find an alternative. In the past, the bus was a good fallback. Now, I'm not so sure.

@DeWayfarer Look... I don't have a fear of socializing or being around people. I just don't like getting conversation-kidnapped where I get pulled into something that isn't a topic I chose to participate in. And, I don't avoid social interactions... exactly. It's just not my... I guess you could say... strong suit. I don't really have social anxiety anymore... I mean if I do... I finally beat it back, so I'm not denying it. I'm just saying I'm over it... mostly.
