What's a defunct restaurant chain or store brand that you remember?

I still remember the White Hen Pantry. 7-Eleven bought them out in 2006, and most the stores were rebranded by late 2010-early 2011.

I had a friend in high school with last name Walden. We called him Waldenbooks. Then later just "Books."
