What's a defunct restaurant chain or store brand that you remember?

I still remember the White Hen Pantry. 7-Eleven bought them out in 2006, and most the stores were rebranded by late 2010-early 2011.

@Briggett me too! The one in our town was recently remodeled, beautiful, doing great business, but the rest of the company dragged them down.
